Constant Emails follows a strict anti-spam policy. We monitor and check import lists and emails going to very large amounts of people. Any customer who violates our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions of Use will have their account frozen or blocked from further use. We also reserve the right to refuse refund of a shut-down account.
