Anti-Spam Policy

By sending messages to only those people who have requested to receive it, you are following acceptable permission-based email guidelines.

Spam involves sending unsolicited e-mail to recipients who have not specifically requested that information from you; using e-mail lists purchased, rented, leased, or in any way obtained from a third party; and the sending of unwanted email through a third party with a goal of getting people to sign up to your managed email list. This also involves trying to get people to sign up on a Constant Emails web form that you have placed on your website OR trying to trick them into e-mailing your Constant Emails email address.

By sending messages to only those people who have requested to receive it, you are following acceptable permission-based email guidelines. The recipients of your emails must have either opted-in or have been clearly notified of the collection and use of his email address and has consented prior to collection and use.

Constant Emails follows a strict anti-spam policy. We monitor and check import lists and emails going to very large amounts of people. Any customer who violates our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions of Use will have their account frozen or blocked from further use. We also reserve the right to refuse refund of a shut-down account.

All of our emails contain a mandatory unsubscribe link. If this link is removed or deactivated, we reserve the right to terminate that customers account.

Avoid being classified as a spammer:

  • Do not send an email message containing misleading email header information.
  • Do not send an email containing misleading Title and Subject lines.
  • The email sender must be an existing return email address.
  • All unsubscribed emails must be removed within 10 business days after unsubscribing.
  • Any commercial email must have the company name and postal address of the sender.
  • Unsolicited advertising messages must have clear identification of being commercial message and have clear notice for the recipient to unsubscribe from your recipient list.

Rules outlined by the Federal CAN-SPAM Act include:

  • If you are sending commercial email, non-personal, business-focused email, you must have specific permission to email your recipients. You can do this by using opt-in or closed loop opt-in to sign up subscribers.
  • When you use opt-in, you must make a reasonable effort to make certain the person who signed up to receive communications from you is who they say they are.
  • You must hang on to evidence that subscribers have given you permission, and must be able to produce that evidence within 72 hours of request.
  • You must tell you recipients, in your email, where you got their info. This might include a line that says you received this email because you signed up for our newsletter at
  • You must honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 days of receipt and provide a reasonable way for customers to unsubscribe.
  • The domain attached to your email must have its own privacy policy.
  • You must be able to track down anonymous complaints.
  • You must tell the truth in your email, from where your office is located to who is sending the actual communication.
